Fadhira Nsimbi

I am a dedicated and passionate social worker, health advocate and a feminist, with a strong commitment to creating positive change in my community, i am currently the Program Manager at MYCU, I am passionate about promoting health equity and access to health care particularly for marginalised communities. I am proficient in reading and writing braille which enables me to effectively communicate with individuals who are blind.

I am deeply committed to the fighting for the rights and empowerment of girls and women and believe that economic empowerment and education is the key to unlocking female potential. through my work with MYCU, as an advocate, it has helped me dedicate myself to the fight against malaria in Uganda through raising awareness about the impact of malaria particularly among youth children under five and pregnant women, and advocate for increased funding and support for malaria services at national and community level.
